Andrew McDonald
Director (CPEng)
Despite having over 20 years under his belt Andrew still gets fired up when a new challenge or learning opportunity arises.

Andrew has worked throughout NZ from the bustling streets of Auckland to the remote Chatham Islands. Although working in Rarotonga has to take the prize for the most scenic location.
He is passionate about road safety, personal safety through CPTED, and design for active modes.

He has an unhealthy obsession with all things orange.

With over 15 years' experience in the transportation industry, Brian had worked on a vast range of projects from private development to government organisations, from bicycle to buses and from NZ to Fiji.

People is his passion and building trusting relationship is his goal.

Sagar is experienced in delivering multi disciplinary complex projects for the government. His focus is on resources training, quality improvements and client satisfaction. His aspiration for being a transport engineer is to be able to make a positive difference to the community.

Principal Transportation Advisor
Deepa has 20 years of experience predominantly in the Public Transport sector within global multi-disciplinary engineering consultancies and government agencies.
Her extensive experience in asset management, transport planning, and project management is particularly noteworthy, and she has a robust knowledge of the business case process. What truly sets Deepa apart is her exceptional client relationship skills. She consistently builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor.

George has over 9 years' experience in the transportation industry working in both government and private sector projects. Competent on the tools as well as having the know how of solving transport problems, he is the one stop shop for our clients and for his team.

Burhan Rajkotwala
Transportation Engineer
Burhan has over 7 years of of experience in the Transport Sector.
​
His expertise includes traffic modelling for new subdivisions, public transport, and safety improvement projects, as well as crafting Integrated Transport Assessments and Transport Statements for clients in regions such as Auckland, Waikato, and Queenstown.
​
Fun fact - Burhan has been camping five times and his mattress punctured four times.

Jennifer has 3 years of experience, which consists of public and private sector clients from NZTA Waka Kotahi, Auckland Transport, Auckland International Airport Limited and private developers. Smart and bright is what sums up Jennifer.

Leander Menezes
Graduate Transportation Engineer
Leander is our latest graduate Engineer with Second Class Honours, First Division from the University of Auckland. With valuable internship experience, he brings a fresh perspective and innovative vision.
An active member of various extracurricular groups, including Uniband, Leander enjoys composing music and keeps the stories from band camp to himself.
